Return and Exchange Policy
We provide a 14-day exchange service for our products. You need to initiate the exchange by contacting us at info@totalread.net and providing your order details. The buyers will remain responsible for the shipping cost incurred during the exchange process. We do not accept product returns in any case. If your item gets damaged or lost during the shipping process, or an incorrect item is delivered that doesn’t appear the same as shown on the website, please contact us at the above-mentioned address, and we will resend the item.
Shipping Policy
We process and ship the products within 3-10 business days (excluding the US holidays). However, we currently don’t provide quick, overnight, or next-day delivery options. All the items are shipped either UPS or USPS, and an email will be sent to you once the shipping has been initiated. If you don’t receive any mail, contact us at info@totalread.net. In case your delivery status has been showing “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier through the details provided in the mail received at the time of initiation of the shipping process. For the packages returned to us in case of non-delivery, the shipping cost will be charged to the buyer. You can change your address or contact details before the item has been shipped by emailing us at the above-mentioned ID.
International Shipping
For international shipping, our transit time generally remains between 2 and 6 weeks, which also depends on the shipping carrier. Please note that the international orders don’t mandatorily carry tracking numbers once they pass beyond US borders. Therefore, the international customer needs to contact and file a claim via their carrier in case they receive a damaged item or if it is lost during transit. Presently, we don’t provide delivery service to the UK and Germany.
